Use StrangerMeetup only if you are 18 or older. By using chat, you agree to follow these rules and respect other people.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use StrangerMeetup. Do not misrepresent your age or help a minor access the service.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, scam, impersonate, or share another person's private information. Do not use the service to facilitate illegal or dangerous activity. Keep passwords, payment details, addresses, and other sensitive information private.
Current service and its limits
Text chat and public text rooms are available. Voice and video calling are disabled. Matching depends on other people being available and is not guaranteed. Filters are limited, reports are not monitored by a live moderation team, and the service cannot guarantee another user's identity, behavior, or safety.
Your controls
You can skip or end a conversation at any time. Blocking applies to the current anonymous session and cannot prevent the same person from returning under a new session. You may submit a report, but it is stored temporarily and does not receive a guaranteed human review or response.
Privacy and availability
Chat and room data are held temporarily in server memory and are cleared after expiry or a service restart. See Privacy information for details. The service may be unavailable, and a match may not be found.
