Show Interest Without Playing Games
You do not need tricks to get someone's attention; warmth, a thoughtful question, and respect for their response are more reliable.

Trying to get someone's attention can turn into a search for tricks: the perfect line, a delayed reply, or a way to seem unavailable. Those tactics often create confusion instead of connection. A more dependable approach is to be friendly and direct.
Make a genuine opening
Notice something you actually want to ask about. Give a sincere, specific compliment if it feels appropriate, then offer the other person a way to continue the conversation. Avoid comments about someone's body or personal details they did not choose to share.
Look for mutual participation
Interest is easier to recognize when both people ask questions, contribute, and seem comfortable. If replies stay brief or the person says they are not interested, do not push for more attention.
Confidence means communicating honestly and accepting the outcome. The right connection should not require pressure, deception, or making someone feel they owe you a response.
